Why choose us
Fees agreed with you
We agree the fee with you as part of taking the work on, so you know what you are committing to. No hourly billing, and no surprise invoice for a phone call.
Partner-led, not passed down
You deal with a partner who knows your file, not a rota. Between them they bring more than 25 years across accounting, tax, audit and risk.
Plain English, no jargon
We explain what a figure means and what it changes for you. If a letter from HMRC needs a decision, you will understand the options.
Ahead of the deadlines
We track your filing dates and chase the paperwork early, so nothing is finished at midnight on 31 January.
Self Assessment, limited company accounts, VAT, payroll and property tax — including UK income you still earn while living overseas.

Partners hold ACCA, FCCA and ACA membership
CISA certified

Who we help
Three kinds of client, one way of working
The technical work differs. The approach does not — a fee agreed with you, a partner who knows your file, and an explanation you can actually use.

Overseas clients with UK income
Leaving the UK does not end your relationship with HMRC if you still have UK income. Non-resident landlords in particular have an extra layer to deal with: without HMRC approval, your letting agent or tenant must withhold basic-rate tax before paying you. We handle that approval, keep your UK filings in order, and work around the time difference.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them is yours
Switching accountant sounds like an ordeal. In practice you have one conversation, approve a quote, and we do the rest — including dealing with your previous accountant.
- 01
Free consultation
A short call to understand your situation — income sources, business structure, and what is currently causing you grief.
- 02
A quote and an engagement letter
You get a written scope and a fee. If your circumstances are unusual, we say so and price it honestly rather than guessing.
- 03
We handle the switch
If you are moving from another accountant we request your records and handle the handover. Agent authorisation with HMRC is set up for you.
- 04
Ongoing peace of mind
Deadlines tracked, filings submitted, and a real person to ask when something arrives in the post that you were not expecting.
