About
A small practice, deliberately
Big enough to cover everything an individual or owner-managed business needs. Small enough that you speak to the person who actually does your work.
Our practice
Partner-led accounting, audit and advisory
Accountancy Solutions LHR is led by its two partners. Nousher Khan, the founder, brings more than 13 years across accounting, taxation, financial management and business advisory, having held senior finance roles in the UK and Pakistan before starting the firm.
Sarmad Maqsood Paracha leads audit, risk advisory and assurance, with over 12 years spent running internal audit functions for financial institutions and advising boards and audit committees on governance, risk and internal control.
Between them that is the full range an owner-managed business tends to need — statutory accounts, tax, VAT and payroll on one side, governance, controls and assurance on the other — without the work being handed down to whoever happens to be free.

How we work
Three commitments we will be held to
These are not aspirations pinned to a wall. If we fall short of one of them, tell us — it is a legitimate complaint.
Agree the scope and the fee
You get a written scope and an engagement letter, and the fee is agreed with you rather than presented afterwards. If the job turns out bigger than it looked, we come back to you before doing the extra work, not after.
Say the unwelcome thing early
If a plan will not work, or a claim will not stand up, you hear it straight away. An accountant who only tells you what you want to hear is an expensive one.
Explain, do not just file
You should finish every conversation understanding what happened and why. If an explanation has not landed, that is our problem to fix, not yours.

Who you will actually be dealing with
The practice is partner-led. You deal with one of the two people below, not a rota.

What clients get
The practical difference
Fees agreed with you
We agree the fee with you as part of taking the work on, so you know what you are committing to. No hourly billing, and no surprise invoice for a phone call.
Partner-led, not passed down
You deal with a partner who knows your file, not a rota. Between them they bring more than 25 years across accounting, tax, audit and risk.
Plain English, no jargon
We explain what a figure means and what it changes for you. If a letter from HMRC needs a decision, you will understand the options.
Ahead of the deadlines
We track your filing dates and chase the paperwork early, so nothing is finished at midnight on 31 January.
How it works
Four steps, and only one of them is yours
Switching accountant sounds like an ordeal. In practice you have one conversation, approve a quote, and we do the rest — including dealing with your previous accountant.
- 01
Free consultation
A short call to understand your situation — income sources, business structure, and what is currently causing you grief.
- 02
A quote and an engagement letter
You get a written scope and a fee. If your circumstances are unusual, we say so and price it honestly rather than guessing.
- 03
We handle the switch
If you are moving from another accountant we request your records and handle the handover. Agent authorisation with HMRC is set up for you.
- 04
Ongoing peace of mind
Deadlines tracked, filings submitted, and a real person to ask when something arrives in the post that you were not expecting.

Let's sort your finances
A free, no-obligation conversation about where you stand and what it would cost to have it handled. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
